Jaz Mendros has been in the real estate industry for more than 5 years already. He started in 2011 as a property investment consultant of one of the premier developers in the country, Landco Pacific Corp., focusing more on high-end/luxury estate in Davao City.

In his pursuit of gaining more knowledge, skills, and experience, the year 2013, he partnered with an independent brokerage service as a Sales Executive handling different projects from vertical to horizontal; low-end, mid-end, high-end, and premier developments; as well as agricultural, commercial and industrial properties. Also in the same year, he affiliated with a life insurance company as a financial advisor which enables him to widen his perspective in addressing the needs of his client in their real estate investment.

In 2014, he became a licensed Real Estate Broker and is currently in full practice in the Real Estate Industry up to the present.
